Returns

• Every keepsake is made to order from your design, so we can't accept returns or cancel an order because you've changed your mind.
• If we can't ship by the time we told you, we'll let you know, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Damaged, or not what you ordered (wrong place, shape, color or text, or a print fault such as layers coming apart or letters you can't read)? Tell us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo of the piece next to a note showing your order number. We'll remake it free, or refund you in full if a remake won't put it right. We may ask you to send it back, at our expense.
• Not arrived 30 days after we ship it? We'll send another or refund you in full.
• Tracking says delivered, but it's not there? We'll send one replacement.
• Made a typo or picked the wrong spot? We'll remake it at half price, plus the usual shipping.
• Not a fault: fine layer lines, a faint seam line or tiny specks from printing, the very finest details coming out softer than on screen, where the colors land on multicolor filament, and normal wear. All of these are explained before you order.
• Wrong address? Email us before we ship and we'll fix it. Once it has shipped, we can't redirect or replace it.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method. If the whole order is affected, shipping is refunded too; if only one piece has a problem, we refund that piece.
• To ask for any of this, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number, plus a photo if the piece itself has a problem.
